Initial Roof & Gutter Cleaning

Using our scheduling software, you choose the date and time for our technician to meet at your property.

Upon arrival, we will check in with you and answer any questions you might have.  We will ladder up on the building and perform a quick assessment of your roof & gutters systems.  Our experienced technician will then inform you on the estimated time & costs to perform our initial services.

We will begin our thorough cleaning and inspection process to your roof & gutters. Based on our assessment this may include services such as:

• Laying tarps down in certain locations to catch heavily soiled debris.
• Trimming small limbs from touching the roof.
• Blowing off debris from roof & gutter surfaces.
• Scoop out debris from inside gutters.
• Check for clogged downspouts.
• Rinsing out shingle grit from gutters.
• Full gutter inspection: failing caulk, missing/broken hangers.
• Check/adjust angles of gutters to ensure proper fall.
• Cleaning glass skylights.
• Cleaning dormer / 2nd floor windows.
• 35-point roof inspection

Before & after photo's are taken as well as any deficiencies that we may have noted. Our technician will finish up by blowing off walkways/decks/patios where debris may have landed during our service.

Our experienced tech will report to you recommendations on deficiencies that may have been observed. We may furnish additional quotes for work based on these recommendations.

We will recommend an on going maintenance plan that best fits your home & property.

Our minimum charge for a technician equipped and ready when they arrive is $99.00. This cost includes one hour including driving time from our office to your property.

If we feel the service will take longer than 1 hour, you will pre-authorize this with the technician before he begins work.

Only our initial service is performed by the hour. We will give you a firm cost for future return visits as well as the target date for our return trip.
